Who we are

STEM Exam Builder (stemexambuilder.com) is run by Kayangan Didik Trading, Malaysia (“we”, “us”), business registration number (SSM) 003486174-M, trading as Mersenne Mathematics Academy. Place of business: 14-1, Jalan 1/149D, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Contact: support@stemexambuilder.com, +60 11 1301 5443. These terms apply whenever you use the site, with or without an account.

What we sell

An online service for building practice papers and mark schemes from past exam questions in Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics (0580), Additional Mathematics (0606), Biology (0610), Chemistry (0620) and Physics (0625). Nothing is posted: your plan works on the site as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

Your account

• To make an account you must be 18 or older, or have your parent’s or guardian’s permission. You confirm this with a tick when you sign up.
• An account is for one person. Accounts are not shared: do not let anyone else sign in with yours.
• Use an email address you can receive mail at; we use it for sign-in and for messages about your account.
• A free account without a plan can try the sample questions only. Saving papers needs a plan.

Using the papers you make

• Papers, mark schemes and PDFs you make here are for personal study or for use with your own classes.
• Do not copy the question bank in bulk, scrape the site, or use automated tools to collect its contents. This includes the AI connector: use it to build and read your own papers, not to copy the bank.

Plans and payments

• Plans are monthly subscriptions, priced in US dollars (USD):
  • Go Light: USD 4.99 a month, 5 papers built and 15 downloads a month
  • Go Hard: USD 19.99 a month, 20 papers built and 60 downloads a month
  • Go Brand: USD 24.99 a month, 30 papers built and 100 downloads a month
• The price shown is the full price, in US dollars. Nothing is added to it when you pay.
• Each plan has a monthly number of papers built and downloads. Unused papers and downloads do not carry over to the next month.
• For now, plans cannot be bought from the European Union (its 27 countries), the United Kingdom, India, the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia.
• You pay by card or another payment method shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. The charge shows on your statement as STEMEXAMBUILDER.
• By subscribing, you agree that we charge the plan’s price to the same payment method each month until you cancel.
• You can upgrade at any time. The new limits start at once, and Stripe charges only the difference for the rest of the month.
• You can cancel at any time in Account (Manage plan). The plan keeps working to the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed.
• If a renewal payment fails, the plan stops at once. Your saved papers and favourites stay in your account but are locked until the payment goes through. Nothing is deleted.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Referrals

• If someone signs up through your referral link and pays, you earn 20% of each of their payments, after tax and Stripe’s fee are taken off, for as long as they pay.
• Each earning is held for 30 days, then becomes payable. Payouts are made monthly, on the 5th, once you have at least USD 20, in cash through Stripe.
• If you are under 18, your earnings are paid only to your parent’s or guardian’s payout account.
• When a payment is refunded, the earning from it is reversed.

Cambridge IGCSE is a registered trademark of Cambridge University Press & Assessment. STEM Exam Builder is an independent resource, not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law, in Malaysia or where you live.
